Q: How long does it take to receive my
order?
A: Depending on your location, 2 - 5 days.
Q: Do you use that heat transfer paper
stuff for your T-shirts?
A: No. All T-shirts are screen printed on automated
equipment
for a quality and consistent print.
Q: How will my order be sent?
A: We ship all orders with U.S.P.S. Priority Mail.
Q: What if I don’t have a credit Card?
A: Overnight delivery is out of the question.
You can still order without a credit card, just call 802-888-0096
and we will make arrangements
Q: What’s the best way to judge my size.
A: Take a walk into your bedroom or where ever you store
you clothes andpull out that soon to be old favorite T-shirt and
look at the label. If its a size Large, It’s best to stick with a
size large.
Q: What if it’s a fitted T-shirt?
A: All T-shirts offered on onedegreematters.com have a
description. If it is a shirt that we know the sizing runs small, we
will recommend purchasing one size up.
Q: I think I ordered the wrong size?
A: Contact us by phone or e-mail and tell us that you
ordered the wrong size and that you will be sending your T-shirt
back for replacement. Only unworn and unwashed shirts my be
returned.
Q: You sent me a XL and I
ordered a MD, what’s up with that?
A: If we erred, we will fix the problem. Contact us by
phone or e-mail and we will get the right size T-shirt to you.

Q: Can I return my T-shirt and get a
refund?
A: Yes. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied
with your purchase, you may return it within 30 Days of receipt and
receive a free replacement or a full refund for the purchase price
of the product.
Q: Why do some T-shirts cost more than
others?
A: Not all T-shirts are created equal. Some are Made In
America, some are not. Some are garment dyed, some are fitted . Some
have more complex designs printed on them
Q: Do you have a printed catalog?
A: No. The web site is the catalog.
Q: Can you gift wrap my order and send it
as a present to my brother for his birthday?
A: Gift wrapping is not available at this time. Shipping to
another location is.
